JOB SUMMARY Processing tickets for international and domestic tourists through tour operators, guest service companies, conventions, and tourism market advertising. JOB RELATIONSHIPS • Reports To: Tourism Manager ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Service all incoming sales calls and emails from tourists and sales representatives, including Spanish speaking clients. 2. Work with the ticket services and operations department to provide the highest level of customer service throughout the season. 3. Contribute to department night and weekend hours during the season by staffing incoming sales calls. 4. Primary game night responsibilities include assisting tourism questions at Will Call, coordinating tourism groups, performances etc. and networking with tourism clients and industry contacts. 5. Assist in the coordination tour operator and group events (Pre-game group performances, High-Five Kids Tunnels, etc.) 6. Visit guest service representatives and tour operators on location to distribute materials and collateral, promote Orlando Magic, and enhance strong relationships within the industry. 7. Responsible for selling groups, season tickets, and partial plans, continuously maximizing new revenue opportunities through relationships with current and prospective customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Actively sell group tickets (85%) and season ticket plans (15%), achieving set revenue goals via: i. Seeking and implementing sales and service best practices ii. Prospecting / Profiling iii. Networking at outside events iv. Lead generation v. Thorough data capture and personal database management 2. Work to grow existing group and theme night events, and develop, plan, and execute new ones. 3. Renew group accounts; establish and maintain strong relationships with key group contacts. 4.
